New Things

Hello everyone, did you have a happy Easter? I spent most of the day resting after a busy week and weekend. I also took a good 2 hour nap. 

So as i mentioned in my last post, this semester is coming to a end, I can't believe it! It feels like the spring semester goes by a lot faster than the fall semester. I'm already making plans for diffident projects and things I want to do while I'm on summer break. I really want to take advantage of this time off to get a lot accomplished. 

I'm going to make a list of everything I want to do (there's a lot) and then share with you guys everything I'm going to do. These "projects" will include, my health goals, to house reno projects, and I want to take my blog up a notch. I have some other goals, like I said I'll make a list. 

So yeahhhh, I'm just excited to have some free time. So I guess this is goodbye for now.

So yeah I know I haven't posted anything in foreverrrr. 

Is this school it's taking over my life! 

But I promise I will start to have more regular posts when the semester is over and I'm on summer break. Which is like a month away now. 

Man this semester went by so fast, but I'm glad it's coming to a end.

Some things that I can't get enough of.

I downloaded Spotify sometime ago and I LOVE it!

I really like the fact that you can listen to whole albums and such and it's free!

Speaking about music I am loving Pandora as well, I really like Pandora because you can discover different artists. I have found quite a few bands that I really love. And, Pandora is free as well.

I'm all about free.

Of course my Kindle Fire.
 I think when it comes to electronics having a name relating to fire I really like it for some reason. Anyway, I got the kindle fire as a early Christmas present a couple weeks back and I have been loving it!!

I have always liked Lights, but recently I have been loving her new album! Her music is kind of like electric pop, but not, you just have to go and listen to it, just look her up on youtube. Her music is not for everybody, but I cannot seem get enough of it! Her other albums are good too.

I have also been really loving the she & Him Christmas album, the album is very easy to listen to, I could see myself falling asleep listing to this, I just find it relaxing. 

I am SO obsessed with Words With Friends!

I am making treats for Christmas presents this year. Usually I never made anything before but I'm wanting to this year. I got the Food Network Magazine on my kindle, and it shows 50 different edible gifts one can make, so I kind of got inspired.

I also made a salted caramel sauce that is Umazing! I don't think  I can ever get store bought again. 


Well this is all that is coming to my mind that I am loving right now. I'm sure I'll think of 20 other things after I'm done. Oh well. Story of my life.

Too Soon?

I can't believe that Thanksgiving is next week. It seems like the fall season is going by too fast. I blame it on the Indian Summer. 




Although I will admit that I have been playing a good bit of Christmas music. I can't help it, I just watched "A Christmas Story" tonight, it's such a classic comedy.

Heres a look at what I've been up to latley.

I have been wanting a pillow pet for awhile, and I would just say that I wanted a mouse pillow pet, but never get one. So needless to say I never got one, but my mom go t me one about a month or so ago. I named him Jitters because he is brown like coffee and coffee gives you the jitters, hence the name jitters. I also really like the word jitters, but lets focus on the logical reasoning here. 

The weather here has been crazy with this Indian summer and now it is suddenly turning back to the normal cold that happens in November. I'm kind of torn between the two because I like the weather where it's not too hot or cold, but it didn't feel like Thanksgiving is next week because of the warmness. I also do like the cold

Some Chinese food from a local restaurant, this place has the best General To's Chicken ever! 

My friend and I teach class at church once a month, this month we're doing Thanksgiving. This book looks very appropriate to read. For my self not the kids.
