Slacking/busy

Hey guys so if you noticed I haven't posted in like 3 days well I'll be honest with you I really didn't feel like doing a post on Sunday or Monday because I didn't know what to do for Sunday I'm going back and forth on if I should have like a "Sara's Advice" or a "Sara's Thoughts" (aren't those the same thing? kind of) Or just do something else.  I'll make up my mind sometime.
Then on Monday I just didn't fell like doing anything. I can be very lazy at times.

Then today when I got up my mom told me that our dryer quit working, great!
And we are always having this constant battle with dirty laundry, it seems like no matter how much you wash anything it always gets dirty again. It's a daily battle!
So we decided to get all 10 loads (yes ten, I were behind with the laundry as well) and take them to the laundry mat. So much fun! NOT!
And then come home put the clean laundry, then go to walmart and get flea stuff for the cats, and bug bomb, because we're flea bombing tomorrow! YAY!

On the plus side I saw the marked down watches and found this!

Have it on my wrist as I type, I've been wanting a gold man's watch for awhile and when I saw this for $15 dollas I had to get it, I love big men's style watches!

Anywho!
We're gonna go look at dryers and maybe get a new washer tomorrow too.
Then hopefully can get it delivered on Thursday so that would mean a day of cleaning the dirty laundry room!
I don't know how much more of this fun I can take.

So I prolly won't post anything until Friday, maybe Thursday??

Random Friday

Okay so I'm changing Funday Friday to Random Friday. (I can be so indecisive sometimes)
I just felt like that the Funday Friday and the Saturday Obsessions and the My week in pictures were too repetitive so I wanted to change it.

*Head's up*I'm also going to combing the Saturday Obsession and My Week In Pictures because I felt like those two were too repetitive as well. I'll let you wonder what I'm going to do for Sunday. ;)

So now I'm going to have Friday's be Random Friday which will consist of  just random things.
(as if you couldn't figure out from the title)

So here's a survey!
*ugh why does the font have to bed different?*

1. What do you order at Starbucks?
Well since their isn't a Starbucks in where I live I'm not a regular, but when I do go I usually order something different.

2. What's one thing in your closet that you cannot live without?
Cardigans, and sweaters, but no sweaters now.

3. What's one thing that most people probably wouldn't know about you?
I don't know......I guess that I don't tan or burn very easily, or at all really.

4. Name one thing that you want to do before you die? G
Go to Paris! I would take a tour of Europe but Paris would be the 1st city.

5. What's one food that you cannot live without?
This is tough. I'll just say all foods. (does that count?)

6. What quote/phrase do you live your life by?
To Keep Moving Forward- from Walt Disney
Because you can regret on something you did in the past as much as you want but the past never changes, so just focus on the future.

7. What do you like and dislike about the blogging community?
I like the fact that there's different blogs out there for people to look at and get inspiration and ideas. I don't know what I dislike about it.

8. What's your number one most listened to song on iTunes?
I don't listen to music on itunes, I'm always obsessed with different songs so I don't know what my no.1 listened to song is.

9. What kind of style would you define yourself as having?
I don't think I have 1 particular style, I like classic  things, and the vintage romance, and modern, and a little bit trendy depending on what the "trendy" thing is at the moment, and I also like to be comfortable.

10. Favorite number?
The number 3 I've always liked that number for some reason.

11. Two hobbies?
Cooking, (shocker, I know) and couponing.

12. Two pet peeves?
1. My cats, or I guess I should say my moms cats because I don't clam them.
2. When people don't listen to others advice and stay stuck in their ways.

13. Guilty Pleasure?
Watching teen shows on nNck and Disney, I don't do it too much these days though so it's not a regular thing.

So that my Random Friday!

What I Want Wednesday

So this is something that I've been wanting for the past few years but I haven't found the perfect pair.

It's a pair of flat tan boots.

I always need a new pair of boots for the winter since I wear mine nonstop in the winter, hopefully I'll get a chestnut color.

So that's what I want!!

Tasty Tuesday

This weeks Tasty Tuesday will be all about butter!

And what I do with it.

So I'm not one who just likes butter by itself I prefer it flavored up so I make a compound butter.

This is as easy as it gets and I mean EASY!
And really simple too. Aren't easy and simple the same thing?? :/

Bascically all the steps are you take the butter out of your fridge let it sit out to get to room tempature.

Then put in a small mixing bowl then add what ever spices or herbs you want.
Then mix.

Did I mention this was easy?

This is the one I made just the other day, it's a fesh basil and garlic compound butter.

What you need!
stick of butter
Fresh basil
Powdered garlic
Sea salt
(I added salt because the butter was unsalted, but if you have salted butter you can just skip this)
Fresh ground black pepper
All to taste.
What I do is add a little bit of each ingredient then taste and if I want more of a certain flavor add more, it's always easier to add more then take away.

I also like to have...

Rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper.

Garlic powder, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese. (you could add basil to this too!)

I also melted butter and mixed salt and pepper with that then brushed it on grilled corn!

So that's my Tasty Tuesday!!

Must Have Monday

Okay so I know the days almost over basically, but I really had no idea what I wanted to do for my Must Have Monday.

But I still wanted to do a post having this, so I finally thought of what I think is a must have.

It's Bath and Body Works Oil Warmers

I also like the electric ones.

The sentbug is nice too.

Now i know that these are a little bit pricey compared to a candle or room spray, but the way I look at it is this is something that you're going to have for years to come, we've had ours for 3+ years? I'm not really sure how long we've had ours but I know it's been a few years. I got the sentbug recently when they had their semi annual sale.

Another reason why I like these is because they really do work. The regular oil warmer where you need a tea light candle tends to be stronger when you burn it, but it works out just fine because out living room and dinging rooms are pretty big so if you don't have spacious room they may be a little overwhelming depending on the sent.

Here are some of my favorite scents.

Summer scents

This is one of my all time favorite sents, it literally smells like your cutting a fresh pineapple.

I also like freshwater cucumber, summer melon, and coconut lime verbena.

I would have had sents but I couldn't find any pictures.

Fall sents

Love this sent!

I also like creamy nutmeg, and spice (christmas sent)

I kike other sents as well but these are my favorites.
The oils last a good while too, their on sale pretty often and when you use a coupon you can get a pretty good deal.

So that what  I think is a must have!
