before & after:desk

okay so my desk is well here so ever since i've had my desk where it is now their has always been a huge pile of things that i had no idea where to put like board games and other random things. and it was kind of a eyesore, at least to my mom i could live with it, but sometimes you just get tired of things being the same way right?so i just started cleaning up and about a hour later i had a nice clean aera that looks 10x better. so yeah oh i didn't take the best pictures because i wanted to get started so i just took one before.

before: so i usually don have the sea shells on my chair but they were their for me to put in the closet behind the desk (you can see the door just a little bit, but it is their) but as you can see i have games papers bags n a box. so i went through the stuff found some things for the yard sale i wanna have in a couple weeks n things for the fallapolloza and some art stuff in the closet as well. i forgot to take a pic of the closet i didn't think of of it {note to self document everything for blog} so i put the board games in the closet and just about everything else.

 after  yayyyyyy it's finally cleaned up n i moved the desk a litter bit closer to the wall so theirs not a big awkward space i'm sure that's the first thing you noticed instead of seeing the wall and floor.haha

so yeah next the dreaded back room i'll have to take pics n do a post about that i want to start tomorrow.

before & after:side table

so since summers coming to a end i wanted to switch my accessories (that i keep on my side table) for fall n winter. so i noticed that a trend now is to have a tray on your desk or table, or bathroom counter, n my mom suggested that i use this tray we have in out dinging room that we don't use, so i did! it had just like a piece of cardboard behind glass on it kind of like a picture frame so i cut some wrapping paper n put it in the tray to make it look decorative.

Tip for storing wrapping paper use rubber bands to keep paper on roll. (you can see it in the middle one)

                                                           i liked the red the best!

                  After i kept it very simple with my lamp on the trunk and in the tray i just have a glass bowl filled with some kind of dried crab apples or something i don't know what they are but i like them. and a vase that i put feathers in with some decorative paper in it.

so yeah i hope that this was helpful and inspiring i really like the way my trunk looks it just looks more put together and it will help me to not clutter it up with magazines and other random things.

slacker 2

so yeah i know i haven't updated my blog in awhile n thought i would so i haven't been really doing a whole lot but going out n taking pictures n this past week we've been having to clean up the house cuz dave n megan was gonna come down n they couldn't make it...they were suppose to come today but i think it worked out cuz i don't know if i would have made it. haha

then yesterday we went to see tecumseh n it was pretty good i've seen it before. n it took awhile to get out cuz of the way they have the parking n we went to mcdonald's to get some eats n as it went on we didn't get home till 1:20 ish so that was exhausting. 

so yeah i've also been reorganizing things around the house like drawers in the kitchen n kitchen cabinets ect. n i took pics n have some tips for organizing.oooohhhh

but chea so other than that theirs not too much else...well theirs is something else something huge but i want to wait to tell ya'll i'm excited VERY excited.
